The European Community WEEE directive deals with the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment at the end of its life. The aims of the directive are to minimize the amount of materials entering the waste stream and to provide funding for treatment facilities in order to maximize recovery and recycling.
RAD, as a supplier, is obligated to ensure the correct disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) it produces when it reaches the end of its life and becomes waste. Our customers are entitled to send us any product manufactured by RAD after 13th August 2005 which has the WEEE symbol for correct disposal when it becomes waste.

RAD prides itself on being a driving power in Israel’s Start Up Nation. We believe in giving back to the community and encourage employee engagement. RAD organizes a multitude of activities that focus on technological education and the empowerment of disadvantaged youth in Israel’s social and geographical periphery. We monitor our occupational health safety goals and conduct risk assessments to analyze deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions for electrical, mechanical, chemical and other types of safety.
